• Tech-savvy (we run AccuLynx CRM) and process-oriented
• Coachable, hungry, and eager to grow with a winning team

What You'll Do

• Prospect locally, generate leads, and close deals your way
• Deliver digital roof quotes in minutes with our tech tools
• Present 3 simple packages with clear, competitive pricing
• Walk customers through claims and adjuster meetings when needed
• Network, door-knock, and hustle referrals to keep your pipeline full
• Own the sales cycle from first handshake to signed contract
