We're hiring a full-time Roof Advisor, a high-performing, boots-on-the-ground sales pro who can inspect, consult, quote, and close. This is a 1099 commission-based role for the first 60 days, transitioning to W-2 with a company vehicle and benefits based on performance. You'll have access to full training, branded tools, top-tier CRM systems, and the backing of a powerful team and reputation.

Responsibilites

• Meet with homeowners to perform roof inspections and consultations
• Use our digital tools to create accurate, transparent quotes
• Present clear product options, no pressure sales tactics
• Identify and document storm damage; assist with insurance claims when needed
• Close deals and hand off to the project team for installation
• Prospect via door-to-door outreach, referrals, and local networking

Qualifications

• Proven sales skills with a self-starting, goal-oriented mindset
• Confidence knocking on doors and closing deals
• Strong communicator with a tech-savvy edge
• Able to carry and climb a ladder for roof inspections
• Valid driver's license and reliable truck or ladder-carrying vehicle
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation & Benefits (Post-W2 Transition)

• This is a Commission Only position
• Full time position
• $1,000/week draw during your first 30 days
• Uncapped commissions: earn $125K-$200K+ in your first year
• W-2 transition with company truck and fuel card after hitting benchmarks
