As a Sales Representative, you'll use your sales expertise to educate, guide, and close deals with homeowners exploring roofing solutions. You'll prospect locally, follow up on leads, and deliver clear, competitive proposals backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty and price-match guarantee. Our best reps aren't just persuasive, they're responsive, tech-savvy, and genuinely committed to helping people. This is a high-earning opportunity with a defined path to full-time employment, company vehicle, and leadership growth.

Responsibilites

• Conduct property assessments and deliver digital roof quotes using our online tools
• Present clear, professional proposals (we offer 3 proven packages, no gimmicks)
• Build trust through consistent follow-up and honest communication
• Guide customers through insurance claims and adjuster meetings when needed
• Generate new business through referrals, door-to-door outreach, and networking
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
• Collaborate with our team for a seamless project handoff

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of sales experience (construction industry experience is required, roofing experience is a plus)
• Confident, personable communicator with a proven ability to close
• Coachable mindset and commitment to continuous learning
• Comfortable with hybrid field work, knocking doors, and building local rapport
• Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new systems (we use AccuLynx CRM)
• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle that can transport a ladder
• Able to climb a ladder and safely inspect rooftops
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check (upon conditional offer)

Compensation & Benefits

• Full time position - Commissions only
• $1,000/week draw during your first 30 days
• Uncapped commissions: earn $125K-$200K+ in your first year
• W-2 transition with company truck and fuel card after hitting benchmarks
