As a Neighborhood Advisor, you're the boots on the ground introducing homeowners to My Next Roof's services. Your goal is to engage with residents in assigned neighborhoods, explain our value, and set up appointments for our Roof Advisors. This is a 1099 contractor position with uncapped earnings based on performance. If you thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and want to earn based on your hustle, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to identify homes with potential roofing needs
• Promote our free roof evaluations and instant online estimates
• Schedule qualified appointments with interested homeowners
• Accurately record lead and appointment info in our CRM system
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Hit or exceed weekly lead generation goals
• Attend team trainings and performance huddles

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working outdoors, walking for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone are required
• Prior sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus
• Self-starter with a positive, go-getter mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Part-time, commission-only, 1099 contractor role
• Pay is based on confirmed appointments and closed sales:
• $50 per confirmed appointment
• $50 once inspection is performed (customer must be present)
• $100 per job sold (from your leads)
• Example Weekly Earnings:
• 12 confirmed appointments: $600
• 10 inspections performed: $500
• 4 converted sales: $400
• Total: $1,500/week (no cap on earnings)
